- Seared Scallops with charred red pepper purée, coconut & lemon butter sauce, and heirloom tomatoes

- 8oz Fillet Steak with Yorkshire Blue dauphinoise, creamed leeks, roast shallots, and pepper sauce – +£5 supplement
- Pan-Roast Cod with chive mash, smoked pancetta, broad beans & peas, citrus beurre blanc, and tarragon oil
- Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle with creamy brandy & Dijon sauce, baby spinach, and garlic mascarpone
