English sparkling wine and warm gougères.
First
Lindisfarne oysters, or salt-baked beetroot with whipped goat's cheese.
Second
Crab raviolo with shellfish bisque.
Main
Fillet of dry-aged Yorkshire beef, whole lemon sole, or wild mushroom & chestnut pithivier.
Finish
Chocolate tart and a nip of something dark.
Twenty tables. A 20.00 per person deposit holds yours, taken off the bill on the night.
